Preamble: 

Globally, one third of the food produced for human consumption is lost or wasted, approximately 1.7 billion tons per year. One of the main factors in the fight against food waste is to transform the behavior of consumers, make them adopt a more reflective attitude and influence their decision-making until they achieve a change of mind so that they abandon the negative practice of using and throw.  

 

The challenge: 

They must create and submit two written recipes that base their preparation on leftovers (leftovers) that are consumed at home.

General rules

 

  1. Register for the challenge individually.

  2. Create two (2) written recipes by using "leftovers".

  3. Show the process of creating the recipes with photos.  The photos must show that you were part of making the recipe, although they may include members of your immediate family, so that it is a family activity

  4. Present at least three photos of the prepared Dish.

  5. Submit evidence on or before April 20, 2021. 

  6. A specialist will evaluate the recipes and share their recommendations.

Deliverables and Measures of Success

  1. Submit Two written recipes based on "Leftovers".  Identify the author (s) recipe

  2. Evidence of the creation process. 

  3. Photos of the Plate.

It will be evaluated according to the rubrics of experts on the subject.
