Preamble:
In the world, one in three people lives without the necessary hygienic conditions to safeguard their health. This causes preventable illness and death. Raising awareness about access to clean water should be a priority among our initiatives in Puerto Rico and the world. If we provide accessible equipment and education in hygienic practices, it is possible to positively impact health and preserve life.
The challenge:
Create a one-page comic that develops a story that educates about how we should meet the goal. The story must have a central character and a common thread.
Challenge 5: Clean water and Sanitation
targets:
General rules
Register in the challenge individually or in a group of maximum three participants.
Create a color comic from scratch (on one page) with a narrative development, whose story addresses one of the themes exposed in targets 6.1, 6.3, 6.4 and 6.B.
Select a title that represents in brief words the story that you will tell through your vignettes.
Develop the “storyboard” that facilitates the understanding of the story. Remember to be clear, brief and precise in the message to transmit through each vignette in the development of your story.
Color the comic pictures according to each character and what they represent in the development of the story.
Submit comic on or before April 20, 2021.
